"I signed up our family with I-Wave. When our previous carrier finally cut their service we had connection issues with 3 out of 4 phones. (User issues) I called in to tech support and the guy I spoke with stayed with us trying everything he could. Then he called the owner of I-Wave, Harsh, and explained everything to him and that he figured that it was a device issue. (We brought our own phones) I'm not saying he will do this for everyone but, he showed up at my door with extra phones and sim cards and got us working at 10:30pm!!!!!! My wife needed her phone then next day for work. Harsh went well beyond anything any other company we have ever been with. As well we were headed for the states on the weekend. So I called him again to add data for roaming and texting. He explained that I can add that but I didnt need it and gave me other options that didnt cost me a penny.
